2105 - Slight or mild visual impairment
Definition
An individual whose visual acuity measures below normal for his or her age (e.g., below 20/20 on the Snellen scale), or whose vision is impaired in any of its functions, as manifested by imperfect depth perception, faulty muscular action, color blindness, or a limited field of vision (poor peripheral vision or poor central vision). Such impairment, however, is not of the severity as to adversely affect the normal functioning of the individual.
