• INITIAL ADMINISTRATIVE CERTIFICATION (TYPE B) - pdf
  For first-time applicants or applicants whose previously held 5-year administrative (Type B) certificate has been expired longer than one year. This application includes options for the Regular, Provisional, Temporary and Reemployment administrative certificates.


• REGULAR CERTIFICATION - pdf
  For holders of a current Type B Provisional, Temporary, or Reemployment certificates who have met all requirements for the Regular 5-year certificate. This application does not apply to teaching certificates, only to administrative (Type B) certificates.
